The Pluï Rainball was designed by Alex Hochstrasser in collaboration with Johanna Rickenbach. It first made a splash in 2011 as a single-piece blow-molded toy, charming children with its simple rain-making magic. In 2015, it was thoughtfully redesigned in a two-piece combination of ABS and soft silicone – a change that made cleaning effortless, enhanced the tactile experience, and opened the door to even more creative water play.

My Review of Plui Rainball by MOLUK
This Plui Rainball is our favorite bath toy!! My grandson loves it! Now his little sister will have one too! Very easy and fun to use. Excellent design to open ball and drain out excess water. If you do not have one, I highly recommend the Rainball.

Fun Bath / Swimming Pool Fun
My grandson loves, loves, loves his new bath toy. He loves to have water pour over his head and this made it even more fun than just the cups with holes in the bottom. He can't wait to play with it in the pool.

Plui - Instant Fun!
Plui has become a part of the bath time ritual for our 15-month old grandson. Baths are fun anyway, but Plui adds a neat toy to learn how to use and a clever aid for hair rinsing: hold Plui up high and he instantly tilts his head up to watch it while Dad washes out the shampoo!

The Plui
In the tub, my three young grandchildren now EACH have one. They used to tussle over the two I bought for the younger twins. But with one in each color, I foresee much more squeals of laughter and bath playtime happening. Even before age 2, the boys worked out how to fill them and lift them to watch the "rain." Now they water each others' hair with them.

Great for the bathtub
We've been using it to rinse the baby's hair after her bath. It's gentle and she loves it! When she gets older, I think she will begin to wonder why the water comes out only when you remove your finger. That's what I want in a toy: something that raises curiosity and inquisitiveness.

Great Water Toy
My son didn't know what this was in the store, but once we got it home, he loves it! He has played with it in the sink, the tub and the pool. It was fun to watch my 3 year old figure out the stop valve - it made him so proud.

Such a Simple Toy, Yet Enjoyment all around!
My 5 month old, LOVES LOVES LOVES this toy when we are giving him a bath. He just CRACKS up laughing when we remove the finger and the water comes pouring out. It just fascinates him to no end.

Swimming
I am a swim instructor and am continually looking for teaching devices for use in the pool. One generally knows that children are ready for submersion when they freely let water run over their faces when a sponge/washcloth is squeezed over their heads. This toy is perfect for that experience. It is a rain cloud, a shower, a cow depending on the child's imagination. I have used it in my baby classes twice so far and it is a big hit.
